TRACE is built by former restaurant operations directors
We ran restaurants in Tashkent ourselves and know what it’s like to reconcile revenue in Excel every morning. We built TRACE the way we wanted it when we were operations directors.
Why we started
When we were operations directors, every morning started the same way: export reports from iiko, merge them in Excel, and only by lunch understand how the previous day went.
The data was everywhere: in iiko, in 1C, in managers’ spreadsheets. But it was scattered and went stale before we could make a decision. The menu, shift schedules and purchasing were often decided by eye.
TRACE is the tool we were missing back then. It brings all of a restaurant’s data together in real time, does the maths for people and suggests what to do to earn more.
We build it for the local market: the POS systems used here, the sum, the Uzbek language and how the restaurant business actually works here.
