These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the TRACE OS service (the “Service”) provided by TRACE-OS LLC (the “Company”, “we”), registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan at: Qiyot massif, 67, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
By registering for or using the Service, you (as a representative of a restaurant/company, the “Client”) confirm that you accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Service
TRACE OS is a SaaS platform for analytics and management of a restaurant business: real-time revenue dashboards, financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow), AI demand forecasts, floor operations control, loyalty and reputation management. The Service connects to the Client’s POS system (e.g. the iiko Cloud API) and aggregates the venue’s data for display in the account on the {subdomain}.trace-os.uz subdomain.
3. Registration and account
- When a Client is connected, the Company creates a unique tenant identifier (UUID) and a dedicated subdomain.
- The Client provides access credentials for its POS system (e.g.
iiko_login/iiko_password), which are used to authorise with the iiko Cloud API and to sign in to TRACE OS. - The Client is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all actions taken under its account.
- The Client undertakes to provide accurate company information when registering.
4. Payment and plans
- The cost and contents of the plans are listed on the trace-os.uz/pricing page and may change. The Company notifies the Client in advance of any change in the price of its current plan.
- Payments between the Company and the Client are made under a contract and invoice between legal entities, by bank transfer.
- Access to the Service is provided for the period paid for by the Client. If payment is overdue, the Company may suspend access to the Service until the debt is paid.
- Refunds of amounts paid are made by agreement of the parties in the manner set out in the contract.

All rights to the software, design, logo, the “TRACE OS” trademark and other elements of the Service belong to the Company. Using the Service does not transfer to the Client any rights to the Company’s intellectual property other than the right to use the Service under these Terms.
All data uploaded or generated by the Client through its POS system (transactions, menu, reports) remains the Client’s property. The Company uses this data solely to provide the Service’s features.
